Senior Manufacturing Engineer - NPI Machining

1. Responsible for execution new product project with PMO to launch new variants in assembly line successfully with MR (Manufacturing Review),
2.PCP and A&D proceudre in every development step.
3.BOM set up with new parts list and cost roll new variants with SAP
4.Create new SOP and update SOP with new variants and A&D projects
5.Take charge of ECDP and EC (Engineering Change), perform cost analysis and control other department for closing ECDP & EC as an 6.Originator/Coordinator
7.Improve working safety by eliminating process risk based on Edwards Health and Safety Policy
8.Create and control revision history of edward engineering documents such as SOP, 4M change, build sheet, TPM document
9.Measure routing time of each product/process and change BOM
10.Control standard Jig, Fixture, Equipment and facility and control specification, operation method, scrap to keep machining quality
11.Validation works on 4M for manufacturing Priorit
1. Education level
- Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical, automotive engineering, Industrial engineering
2. Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience)
- Experience within a manufacturing company is preferred
3. Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fullfil the role’s responsibilities)
- Good at communication skill in English
- Good at computer skills for MS Office
- Experience with statistical software : Minitab, R, MATLAB, QDAS or othters
- PCP process, Lean manufacturing, Layout design & improvment, Standard time, 4M1E(Material, Method, Machine, Man, Environment
- Experience with CNC machine - Machining center, CNC Lathe, Millturn, Grinding
- TPM, 3D CAD, AutoCAD4. Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements)
Your role
As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer - NPI Machining, your mission is to introduce new machined item. You will report to Team Leader - Machining NPI ME.
You will
- Responsible for execution new product project with PMO to launch new variants in machining manufacturing successfully with MR (Manufacturing Review), PCP and A&D proceudre in every development step.

Driving the practical implementation of DFM in collaboration with the Pump Development and Design teams.

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of machining processes for parts, ensuring compliance with quality requirements.
- BOM set up with new parts list and cost roll new variants with SAP

To succeed, you will need
- Education level
- Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical, automotive engineering, Industrial engineering - Relevant Previous 5-7 years experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience)
- Experience within a manufacturing company is preferred - Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fullfil the role’s responsibilities)
- Good at communication skill in English
- Good at O/S skills for MS Office
- Experience with statistical software : Minitab, R, MATLAB, QDAS or othters
- PCP process, Lean/TPS manufacturing, Layout design & improvment, Standard time, 4M1E(Material, Method, Machine, Man, Environment)Experience with CNC machine manufacturing
- TPM, 3D CAD/CAM, AutoCAD - Other requirements
