Sr. Engineer, Reliabilty

Your role

The Senior Reliability Engineer is responsible for leading reliability engineering activities across the product lifecycle. This includes developing test strategies, analyzing failure modes, and supporting design improvements. The role also involves mentoring junior engineers and driving technical discussions with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and durability.

Short Description

The individual’s responsibilities will include, though not be limited to, all of the followings:

• Plan and execute advanced reliability tests (Based on failure mechanisms etc.) for new and legacy products.
• Analyze test results and failure modes using structured problem-solving methodologies (DOE, Reliability theologies).
• Collaborate closely with design, compliance, and TSG(Technical support groups), Development teams to provide design feedback based on reliability findings.
• Develop and optimize reliability test procedures and contribute to the creation of internal standards.
• Support supplier evaluation and validation from a reliability perspective.
• Guide junior engineers through mentoring and technical coaching.
• Document and present technical reports internally and externally (customers, auditors).
• Contribute to customer complaint investigations and support issue resolution.
• Actively participate in audits and ensure compliance with relevant reliability standards.
