- This role supports customer service operations, repair coordination, order management, and communication with internal teams to ensure operational continuity and customer satisfaction
- Location : Edwards Cheonan
- Job Type : Contract (1 yr)
- Process customer service orders in SAP
- Communicate with STC and field service to monitor product availability; request expedite or priority adjustment where needed.
- Handle various customer requests and share required documents in a timely manner.
- Issue tax invoices and follow up on AR status, overdue payments, and customer discussions with Finance.

Ensure repair processes comply with global standards, including return, repair, delivery planning, and warranty approval.

Monitor accuracy between planning and hub service orders based on STC capacity; collaborate with STC and F/S teams to improve order accuracy.

Track production levels and open order status—including repair backlog—to meet requested delivery dates.

Share planning requirements and customer demands with management to support on‑time delivery and efficient capacity planning.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Fresh Graduate ~ 2 years experineced
- In case of experienced, experiences in customer service, order management, sales operations, service coordination will be preferred
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams (PC, STC, F/S, Sales, Finance)
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple operational tasks
- Fluent Korean; basic English preferred
