(Contract employee -12 months)

To enable our business and our people to achieve their goals through providing talent, learning and Development expertise and consulting the management to help the business achieve its strategic objectives.

       - Develop learning and development strategies for the company to support the company’s business plan and to ensure that staff have the necessary skills to meet their objectives and the opportunity to develop to the maximum of their potential.

       - Influence key stakeholders and senior management team on the most appropriate decisions, relating to the Talent, Learning & Development strategy, solutions, and deployment of resources

       - Provide Business/Function in talent assessment and development, workforce, and succession planning

       - Develop and maintain all necessary learning & development policies and procedures to ensure that all staff are trained and developed to the standards required in line with global standard.

       - Build a culture of learning through supporting the Vision, Values, Talent framework and provide thought leadership to our employee networks

       - Partner with Business/Function leaders to deliver learning services in line with the needs and priorities of Edwards Korea to meet business goal

       - Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff on all aspects of organization development and change.

       - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions as organization development perspectives

 

 

Education level:

- bachelor’ degree

Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience):

    - At least 5 years experience in learning & development

    - Operational learning & development experience, in-depth understanding of practices and experience of multiple delivery mechanisms

Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fullfil the role’s responsibilities)

    - a sound understanding of the principles of adults learning and development

    - a sound understanding of Leadership Development, Talent Management & Succession Planning and Organizational Development

    - Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    - Excellent facilitation and presentation skills

    - Knowledge of competence assessment.

    - Self-managing individual, capable of working autonomously

    - Strong influence, motivating and planning skills

Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements):

    - Proficient in both spoken and written English.
