1.Operate HMC, Mill-turn, Grinder, Balancer on a daily basis without trouble.

2. Observe established standard safety rule and standard quality process,

3. Observe Standard Operating Procedure(SOP)

4. Keep clean and organized working area (6S)

5. Cooperate with Cell Support Engineers and Team leaders when the problems are indentified
