This role supports the stable operation of production by performing efficient maintenance activities that maximize equipment availability and reliability. Main responsibilities

 A maintenance technician is not only responsible for repairing equipment, but also plays a key role in maintaining equipment reliability, preventing failures, and supporting production efficiency through technical expertise

• Conduct preventive maintenance on all machinery and equipment, including plating and painting systems, to prevent unexpected downtime.
• Carry out timely repair work to maintain and restore production capabilities.
• Support equipment efficiency improvements through continuous improvement activities and effective repair reviews.
• Assist in the installation, relocation, and setup of machinery and equipment as per planning requirements.
• Manage and maintain spare parts inventory to ensure availability for repairs and scheduled maintenance.
• Monitor equipment performance and conditions to ensure optimal functionality and uptime.
• Calibrate equipment using precision tools such as CMM, Renishaw systems, and laser measurement devices.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic failures in production equipment.
• Participate in improvement projects based on Top 5 Issue analysis to enhance reliability and reduce reoccurring failures.
• Reduce the frequency of breakdown maintenance (BM) by executing scheduled unit-based preventive maintenance (Unit PM)\
• Perform robot control operations and troubleshoot/repair automated line equipment, ensuring seamless automated production flow

• Education level

• • • Education: Graduation from a technical high school or college, preferably with a major in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering

• Relevant previous experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in maintaining CNC machines, ideally including Makino, Mori Seiki, or FANUC-controlled systems

• Language skills
  • Fluent in Korean communication
  • Capable of understanding and using basic English in maintenance manuals and technical instructions

• Other skills and knowledge
  • Practical experience in CNC machine tool maintenance, including basic control system handling (Fanuc)
  • Able to perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs on equipment such as Makino, Mori Seiki, and Studer machines
  • Familiar with the use of equipment management platforms (e-Zenith or CMMS) for maintenance logging and scheduling
  • Experience in applying PdM principles using sensor data or simple diagnostic tools
  • Hands-on involvement in maintenance and basic troubleshooting of robots or automated equipment
  • Ability to maintain and adjust machine vision systems used for inspection (no setup/programming required
  • Basic understanding of work planning, such as shift coordination and inspection schedule support
