1. Create sub-system development plan in accordance with product commercialization process (PCP) and perform new integrated system development project.

2. Support and follow-up activities to master requirement specification (MRS) of integrated systems into product requirement specification (PRS) to meet customer desires and to satisfy international / national laws and standards.

3. Support and follow-up activities to translate sub-system specifications of integrated systems into P & ID, 3D modelling, 2D drawings and engineering analysis / calculation for manufacturable, reliable and serviceable new product.

4. Create sub-systems requirement based on product requirement specification.

5. Define sub-systems behaviour/structure requirement by utilizing systems engineering tool (MBSE) to achieve control/software design requirement of integrated system.

6. Create test specifications of sub-systems and perform tests to verify and validate the design and the product that meet customer requirements and work in accordance with design intention.

7. Support and follow-up risk assessment through HazOp and FMEA methodologies.

8. Create BoM – Material Master, Assembly and Sub-assembly masters - for new products through SAP.

9. Communicate with procurement and manufacturing to clarify design issues of integrated systems during the development stage.

10. Implement cost effective design to new product during the development stage.
