Supply Coordinator

The purpose of this role is to ensure timely fulfillment of customer demand through effective coordination of supply chain activities. This includes proactively managing expediting activities for PC Cheonan products by closely collaborating with Product Company teams, as well as global Customer Centers (CC) and Distribution Centers (DC).
The role also supports the achievement of PC Cheonan operational targets by actively monitoring and managing inventory levels and freight status across the supply chain. This encompasses all supply routes within the PC Cheonan scope, including dry pumps, spare parts, export modules, and accessories sourced from the PCCA
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure stable delivery coordination across multiple customers and demand streams using PC output data
- Conduct regular reviews of critical supply issues with Customer Service Centers, Distribution Centers, and other PC teams, in collaboration with Supply Planners
- Maintain consistent communication with global product companies to align with intercompany demand schedules
- Provide timely feedback and support for expediting requests from various demand locations
- Represent urgent customer requirements to factory planners, team leaders, and logistics teams to ensure optimal response and support
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute production plans on time and mitigate risks of delay
- Monitor and communicate daily and weekly supply schedules against committed customer orders
- Support inventory control at PC-Cheonan warehouses, optimizing stock levels to maximize service levels while minimizing supply chain costs
- Propose and communicate optimal global inventory levels for Korea-sourced complementary items to enhance customer service
- Improve inventory health by identifying root causes of exceptions and implementing corrective actions promptly
- Participate in allocation decisions for constrained materials to prioritize key customer orders
- Monitor order status daily and notify global customer service teams of inactive or delayed orders
- Prepare and update supply chain KPI reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Verify daily factory production slots to ensure accurate planning and execution
- Commit to delivery dates and follow up with stakeholders to ensure fulfillment of commitments
- Enhance planning systems based on AC logistics principles
- Lead continuous process improvements through automation initiatives using digital transformation (DT) tools
Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- Education level : Degree level for International Trade, Department of Business Administration or relevant major.
- Relevant Previous experience : Experience in Supply Chain Management / Order management
- Knowledge areas/Skills : Intermediate in speaking/writting English
- Other requirements :
- Strong responsiveness to deadlines with a high sense of accountability
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure in dynamic environments
- Proficient in data management and reporting using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Hands-on experience with ERP and planning systems including SAP ECC, SAP APO, and Business Warehouse (BW)
- Objective and logical problem-solving mindset
- Effective communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong data collection and analytical capabilities to support decision-making
- Advanced report writing and documentation skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) for process improvement and job automation
