  • Carry out preventative maintenance and calibration activities
  • Support bespoke assembly projects and customer rework requests
  • Deliver product training and technical guidance to customers when required
  • Work closely with internal teams and Area Sales Managers to resolve application challenges
  • Promote company products, services, and solutions through strong customer relationships
  • Maintain awareness of competitor products and industry developments

5.    What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

  • Mechanical and/or electrical engineering background (hands-on)
  • Experience with assembly tooling (e.g. clutch, transducer, pulse tools)
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Good communication skills, including customer interaction and presentations
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and prioritising tasks effectively
  • IT literate beyond a basic level
  • Full and clean UK driving licence

Desirable:

  • ONC/HNC (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience working within industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of torque tooling systems and applications
  • Experience delivering customer training

6.    Personal Attributes

  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Customer-focused with a professional approach
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads and travel requirements
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop

7.    Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to travel across the UK, including overnight stays when required
  • Flexibility to work occasional weekends based on business needs

8.    Why Join Us?
