Job Description: 

We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports.
• Contract Administration: Oversee contract negotiations, manage contract terms, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Procurement: Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best prices and quality.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks related to project costs and timelines.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project progress, costs, and any variations to the original contract.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Site Visits: Visits to site as and when required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, project management tools).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license.
