This role is an opportunity to represent the Customer and Commercial Product Stream in China, partnering with the business to develop the Customer and Commercial Information Systems (IS) roadmap and support the China for China initiatives focusing on customer-focussed technology domain.This role will report to the IT Business Partner, China, and work closely with the Head of Customer and Commercial Product Stream, VTIS.]. You will

• Partners with senior Business customers and leaders to understand major business needs  and translates these into a Customer and Commercial strategy, and roadmap for China
• Oversees the implementation of the China vision, strategy, and roadmap, coordinating delivery across China-focused projects.
• Acts as the primary interlock for Business Application Owners operating federated products and applications within the Customer & Commercial domain in China.
• Represents China within the Customer and Commercial team, contributing to strategy development, quarterly China-focused Business/IT planning, and operational priorities.
• Acts as the technology interlock for China, providing a clear single interface into IT for all China-related needs.
• Oversees the development, deployment, continuous improvement, and retirement of China-specific Products within the Product Stream to maximise value for the Vacuum Technique Business Area in China.
• Monitors product performance in China, including reporting, security compliance, and risk management.
• Acts as the escalation route for China Entities.

• Experience translating technology strategies into actionable plans.
• High level of understanding in China technology and application landscapes
• Proven experience managing IT products or IT product portfolios, and applying agile practices from ideation through to design, build, deploy, operate, and retirement.
• Proven experience managing IT planning, including applying agile practices and quarterly increment planning.
• Strong communication skills with evidenced ability to influence senior Business and IT stakeholders, as well as external partners.
• Experience in High Tech Manufacturing or a related industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills (fluency in Chinese, English) with evidenced ability to influence senior Business and IT stakeholders, as well as external partners.
• Flexible to travel within China as needed to other locations within VTBA and self-motivated.
