Mission

As a Service Delivery Lead you will oversee the successful execution and delivery of the Group IT services in ITALY, based in Cinisello Balsamo.

You will work closely with Atlas Copco’s business areas and with regional and global centralized IT teams to integrate acquired companies. Your role will be to lead the onsite activities to secure a successful delivery of Group IT Services and Solutions in M&As and other regional improvement projects and initiatives in the South West Europe region.

 

 

Job Description

Main responsibilities for this role :

·         Stakeholder Management

o   Act as an IT business partner and advisory for the local business.

o   Capture local business requirements and translate into regional/global AC Group IT solutions where possible.

o   Closely align with the rest of the Group IT organization (S&A, IT Ops,…), the business areas and vendors supporting existing services.

o   Promote standardization through the implementation of our global and regional solutions.

 

·         Local Operations

o   Follow group strategies, applying the game plans in daily operations

o   Drive standardization & compliance for the local Infrastructure and applications

o   Ensure incidents and requests are solved according to the agreed SLA’s

o   Lead and develop the local team in Italy

 

·         Project Management

o   Manage/coordinate/support local (IT) projects

o   Ensure on time delivery of regional/global projects and raise flags when required

o   Assist in the implementation of regional/global solutions for the local entities

·         A broad knowledge of the different technologies used within Atlas Copco and available in the industry to give a good overall understanding of IT

·         Strong business acumen and internal knowledge of policies

·         Working knowledge of value and use of Standard IT processes and methodologies (i.e. ITIL, PMI and SDLC)

·         Working knowledge of the technologies used to build the Group IT services and solutions (SDWAN, Zscaler, Azure Cloud, SCCM, Intune).

·         Ability to learn new technologies and implement on the organization

·         Comfortable working in a highly matrix global environment.

·         Ability to implement standards and operating metrics.

 

Educational Requirements

·         Higher education or equivalent experience.

·         Fluency in one or more of the local languages & English, spoken and written is a must

·         You are passionate about technology

·         ITIL Certification

·         Technology certifications are a plus
