Product Manager - VSS Service - Design for Life

Your role
As a Product Manager - VSS Service - Design for Life, your mission is to define and own the roadmap for Design for Life service features, ensuring our products are built for lifecycle value from day one. You will bring the latest innovations to customers, driven by Voice of Customer and market insights, to strengthen competitiveness, profitability, and sustainability in the semiconductor market. You will report to the Global Product Manager.
You will
- Develop and optimise the service product portfolio across all lifecycle stages, delivering long-term customer value and sustainable, profitable growth.
- Capture and translate Voice of Customer and market insights into actionable improvements that strengthen Customer Success and product competitiveness.
- Drive commercial performance by owning lifecycle revenue and profitability, identifying growth opportunities, and improving margin.
- Collaborate with Product Companies and Customer Centres to ensure strong value propositions and consistent execution in a decentralised organisation.
- Deliver clear, value-based marketing and communication aligned to product releases and customer needs.
- Support Customer Centres in aligning service offerings with key account strategies and critical customer KPIs.
- Define differentiated lifecycle propositions that maximise customer outcomes while ensuring strong Edwards value capture.

You have 3+ years of experience working in a technical or commercial role within a high‑technology industry, ideally linked to semiconductor or service product environments.
- Experience supporting sales or customer‑facing commercial activities, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- A proven ability to combine, analyse, and prioritise technical information from multiple sources.
- Strong cross‑cultural communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical topics to non‑technical audiences.
- Competence in MS Office and confidence using digital communication tools to create clear, compelling messaging.
- Preferred: Direct experience within the semiconductor industry or a global service organisation.
- Preferred: Experience shaping or managing product roadmaps

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at the Product Company in Clevedon, United Kingdom (GB) or our Global Technology Centre, Burgess Hill
