Your role

As a Programme Manager, Techology, your mission is to drive the strategic alignment and execution of advanced technology initiatives across the SUN division for assigned products, ensuring seamless collaboration, innovation, and delivery of impactful solutions that meet evolving market and product needs.

You will report to Head of R&D Portfolio -Abatement

You will

  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent technology projects with varying levels of maturity and strategic importance.
  • Coordinate technology development across local & global teams, ensuring alignment with Division and BU strategies.
  • Influence the technology roadmaps and product innovation pipelines.
  • Programme manage outsource / partnerships for technology elements that the business does not have suitable skills or capacity.
  • Ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery of technology programmes.
  • Facilitate effective technology transfer between R&D and product development teams.
  • Support change management initiatives to drive adoption of new technologies.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and dashboards.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs related to technology adoption, efficiency, and programme performance.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • Project/Programme Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).
  • Experience in technology development, R&D, or product innovation.
  • Strong programme management experience in a global, multi-site environment.
  • Solid understanding of product technologies and their application in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Flexibility to travel to multiple locations nationally and internationally on a regular basis.

Job location

Hybrid
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our either Clevedon or Asan offices.
