Your role

You will be responsible for your territory, working closely with your colleagues, Channel partners and ServiceTeam, you will deliver the following:

  • Sales driven approach to achieve the annual revenue goal
  • Be the solutions expert – consult with customers to understand their long-term objectives, demonstrate our products to the market and show the true value to our customers, enabling them to be the best in their sector.
  • Be the voice of customers and have knowledge on market trends and forecast.
  • Develop rapport withcustomers through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.
  • Establish and maintain regular contact with customers, especially key accounts, ensuring an excellentbrand image.
  • 1:1 contacts with Corporate & key accounts
  • Atlas Copco Power Technique strategies implementation to drive continuous growth to remain a market leader within our targeted segments.
  • Continuous growth of sales with a particular focus on new products, new Segments, Industrial applications and along with existing business.
  • Grow the Market share in your assigned territory.
  • Become a proactive ambassador of brand promotion.
  • Actively promoting all solutions to our customers,providing demonstrations on-site and to our channel partners and Teams.
  • Support to Regional Manager for Channel management, training to all Dealers manpower and keep them updated on the new products and our policies.
  • Deliver performance insights to your customers by leveraging the data available using the digital solutions within our portfolio.
  • Keep close control on payment collections.
  • Compliance with the group Guidelines - Follow in letter and spirit the Atlas Copco Vision, Mission andcore values, comply with the Atlas Copco Business Code of Conduct practice, comply with the policiesand procedures communicated from time to time, comply with the Health, Safety and Environment normsset by the Company,
  • Any other responsibility assigned by the Business Line Manager as and when required.
  • You will report to the Regional Manager.

To succeed, you will need

Qualification and Experiences :

  • Engineering Degree and relevant sales/business development/marketingexperience.
  • Excellent achievement record from similar position with a min experience of 4-5 years in sales /marketing.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales would be an advantage.
  • Have a passion for customer engagement and problem-solving attitude.
  • Must be self-directed and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and writtencommunication skills.
  • Must have business analytic skills and handling of business analytical tools.
  • Adequate knowledge of using MS office tools, C4C & Power Point Presentation skills.
  • Frequent travel required. Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Fluency in Tamil is mandetory. Kannada and Malayalam is added advantage .
