Senior Engineer/TM Engineered Solutions - Marketing

Your role

As a Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with the engineering and product teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.

Short Description

Your day-to-day

1.Technical Sales & Solution Development
Understand customer requirements (technical and commercial) and propose customized engineered solutions. Prepare technical proposals, drawings, BOQs, and specifications while coordinating with design/engineering teams for solution development.
2. Business Development
Identify and develop new clients such as EPC contractors, OEMs, and consultants. Generate enquiries, convert them into orders, and build a strong pipeline for project-based sales.
3. Client Engagement
Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations. Address queries, provide clarifications, handle negotiations, and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
4. Project Coordination
Collaborate with engineering/design, production, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and adherence to delivery timelines.
5. Market Intelligence
Monitor competitors and track industry trends across segments like Power, Oil & Gas, and General Engineering. Provide insights to support pricing strategies and business planning.

Your skills and experience

• Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of:
    • Engineered capital products -Worked in Compressed air industry will have added advantage
    • Drawings (AutoCAD, basic design knowledge)

  Sales Skills

   Qualification

  • B.E. / B.Tech/Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical)
  • Experience: 3–12 years (depending on level)
