This project will focus on improving data organization, standardizing troubleshooting information, and preparing the database for future AI-based analysis. The technical platform grouping will be provided; however, additional focus will be placed on identifying relevant technical leads associated with each platform.

Time period for internship: June-September

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and understand the current SQL database structure

  • Implement provided technical platform groupings within the database
  • Identify and map technical leads for specific platforms
  • Clean, normalize, and optimize troubleshooting data
  • Improve data consistency and usability for future reporting and analysis
  • Document the updated database structure and data logic
  • Prepare the dataset for AI-driven analysis (e.g., trend detection, recurring issue identification)
  • (Optional / Bonus) Support initial exploration of AI tools to extract insights from troubleshooting data

To succeed, you will need

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Intermediate knowledge of SQL and relational databases
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in data organization, data quality, and structuring complex datasets
  • Ability to work independently with a structured approach
  • Familiarity with Python or data analysis tools is a plus
  • Interest in AI / machine learning is a plus

In return, we offer

  • Hands-on experience with real-world, unstructured technical data
  • Exposure to database structuring in an industrial/technical environment
