HR Business Partner (f/m/d)

Your role
As HR Business Partner you will be part of a newly acquired company in Industrial Flow Division. You will be providing support to the General Manager in integrating the company into our Atlas Copco Group culture.
This includes providing support in implementing People & Culture processes and policies and helping managers and employees understand these. lt includes providing support in the full employee life-cycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and offboarding, maintaining personnel records, training, and special projects such as support with Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) topics. You will report to the General Manager of the Product Company.
In coordination with the General Manager the HR Business Partner will be in charge of the following activities:
- Support the cultural integration of the newly acquired company.
- Implement cyclical P&C processes and policies, with the help of the Divisional P&C team, the P&C Manager at Varisco ltaly and the P&C Manager Holding ltaly.
- Administration of all people processes (hire to retire), maintain employee files and HRIS records in digital and paper form.
- Recruiting & Onboarding: responsible for all aspects/phases of the recruiting process (hire to retire) Job Description definition, Interviews, job offers, pre-boarding, onboarding, etc. Develop and select effective recruitment channels & agents, manage the vacancies in the Internal Job Market.
- Training, Learning & Development: Identify/collect information about training needs and in accordance with both Group and local programs and ensure the deployment of the most appropriate learning activities.
- Support with monthly P&C reporting.
- Manage and check the payroll topics and coordinate the external payroll provider.
- Support the business managers in all People Development processes/initiatives.
- Define and implement Employer Branding activities.
- Implement HR policies and best practices driving consistency and considering business needs, in alignment with Holding and the division.
- Give guidance to the business in regards to compliance with national regulations and union agreements and manage communication with union representatives.
- Provide support to employees by answering questions and addressing questions regarding leave, compensation and other P&C policies as required.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR related topics.
- Manage labor and organizational issues in close collaboration with the General Manager and in alignment with Holding.
- Actively promote diversity & inclusion in all aspects of our operations and strive to improve the diversity of our teams and leadership positions.
- Support the SHE function, helping with structuring it according to the AC standards.
- Enhance our people experience by resolving issues promptly and organizing team building activities.
- Collaboration with other HR professionals within the region, with Holding HR and the Divisional People & Culture team.
- Participate and represent the company in Atlas Copco initiatives related to P&C.

- Graduate HR qualification or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience in Italy, ideally in an industrial manufacturing environment and an international organization
- Ideally experience within Atlas Copco Group and knowledge of AC HR processes
- Ability to understand and use HR systems, including payroll systems
- Dynamic with strong interpersonal skills
- Works independently while knowing when to seek support
- Excellent Italian and very good English language skills - written and verbal communication
- Team player who builds support from non-direct reports to achieve goals
- Location: Ability to work in Correggio, Italy
