After Sales Technician

As a After Sales Technician , your mission is to Responsible for carrying out equipment maintenance and repair services to ensure stable operation of customer equipment. Collect and report customer spare parts requirements within the assigned region.You will report to Regional AS Manager.

You will

• I. Equipment Maintenance
  1. Accurately analyze and diagnose the root causes of equipment failures and provide appropriate repair solutions.Collect and provide feedback on spare parts consumption and customer demand during maintenance and inspection activities.
  2. Independently disassemble, inspect, and repair equipment, and prepare complete and detailed maintenance service reports.
  3.Provide professional equipment maintenance and servicing solutions based on customers' operating conditions and application requirements.
  4.Conduct regular customer visits within the assigned territory, inspect equipment operating conditions, and report findings to the Aftermarket Service Manager.
• II. Spare Parts Sales Support
  1. Collect and provide feedback on spare parts consumption and customer demand information during equipment maintenance and inspection activities.
  2.Maintain customer satisfaction within the assigned region and strengthen customer loyalty.

You have 3 years of experience, working as a After Sales Technician 

• This position is based in Lianyungang and primarily covers Huai'an, Zaozhuang, Linyi, Rizhao, and surrounding areas. Candidates must be able to work remotely from home and have suitable home-office conditions.
• The company is registered in Dalian. Upon employment, employees will be enrolled in Dalian's social insurance and housing fund system. A 3-6 month onboarding and training period in Dalian is required.
• Full-time technical secondary school diploma or above, with a major in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing production, quality assurance, or after-sales service, or a minimum of 3 years of equipment maintenance experience in the chemical industry. Experience in the pump industry is preferred.
• Possesses basic mechanical fitting (benchwork) skills. After completing the company's systematic onboarding training, is capable of independently performing equipment inspection, maintenance, and repair tasks.
• Able to adapt to urgent and temporary work assignments and willing to travel on short business trips.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and effectively report market and spare parts demand information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Holds a valid C2 or higher driver's license, with no record of dangerous driving or major traffic violations. An Electrical Work Certificate is preferred.
