Application Engineer

As a  Application Engineer, your mission is to be responsible for the design, production scheduling, document submission and release, handover documentation preparation, and resolution of contract-related technical issues for the company’s pump and pump skid products.

You will

• Document submission: Prepare, maintain, and update project engineering documents, including but not limited to pump datasheets, pump skid general arrangement drawings (GA), P&ID, instrument lists, utility lists, project procedure documents, and other technical deliverables.
• Technical clarification: Be responsible for clarifying contract technical requirements, implementing technical solutions, and managing technical deviations.

• Product design: Complete mechanical design work related to pumps and pump skids, including but not limited to pump component design, baseplate design, piping design, and auxiliary equipment selection and configuration.

• Material production scheduling: Be responsible for maintaining contract-related material master data in the SAP system, creating BOMs, issuing factory execution documents, and preparing handover documentation.

• Technical optimization: Be responsible for risk identification and technical optimization during contract execution.

• Maintain effective communication with Sales, Procurement, Production, Quality, and Project Management teams to drive project execution according to plan.

• Participate in project reviews and lessons learned feedback to promote standardization and continuous improvement.

• Assist the department in establishing and optimizing technical specifications and design standards.

You have 3 years of experience, working as a Application

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a full-time accredited university, majoring in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing, Process Equipment and Control Engineering, or related fields.
• CET-4 or above in English, with basic listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; able to read English technical specifications, datasheets, and project specification documents.

• More than two years of experience in mechanical design or packaged equipment design. Experience in pumps, process equipment, skid-mounted equipment, pressure vessels, or offshore engineering is preferred.

• Familiar with pump and skid-mounted product design, P&ID, technical specifications, and engineering document preparation. Familiarity with relevant standards such as ASME and GB is preferred.

• Proficient in 2D and 3D mechanical design software and common office software. Experience with SAP or ERP systems is preferred. Experience in FPSO, Marine, or Offshore projects is preferred.

• Strong problem analysis, problem-solving, and planning abilities.

Option 1: On-Site
