Your role

As a After-sales Service Director, your mission is to be responsible for the sales, operation management, and execution of the company’s after-sales service. You will report to general manager.

You will

  • Strategic Planning and Execution
    1.Formulate and drive the strategic development direction of after-sales service business, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy of the company and business unit (IFD).
    2.Responsible for annual budgeting, target setting, and performance achievement of the after-sales service business.
  • Team Management and Development
    1.Lead the after-sales service team, including technical support of after-sales service, customer service, and service engineers, to enhance professional capabilities and service efficiency.
    2.Build a talent pipeline and promote employee training and development.
  • Process and Quality Management
    1.Optimize after-sales service processes to improve response speed and service quality.
    2.Promote the application of digital tools in after-sales service, such as CRM systems and remote diagnostic service platforms.
    3.Regularly analyze after-sales service data, generate business reports, and provide decision support to management.
  • Customer Relationship and Satisfaction Management
    1.Establish and maintain key customer relationships; regularly conduct customer satisfaction surveys and implement improvement measures.
    2.Handle major customer complaints and service crises to ensure continuous optimization of customer experience.
  • Cross-departmental Collaboration
    1.Work closely with sales, product, R&D, and quality departments to feedback market and customer needs, and promote product improvement and service innovation.

You have over 5 years of experience in sales and after-sales service, with more than 3 years in management. 
Experience in pump and vacuum equipment sales and after-sales service is preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited institution, major in mechanical manufacturing or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, and project management skills.
  • CET-4 or above, proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; English can be used as a working language.
  • Experience in multinational or group manufacturing enterprises is preferred.
  • Outgoing, strong logical thinking and adaptability, able to work under pressure.

Job location

Option 1: On-Site
