Process Manager

As a process manager,your mission is to be responsible for the overall planning, optimization and innovation of production and operation processes, promote the standardization, automation and digital transformation of processes, support the development of enterprise production capacity and the localization of multi-brand production and build a high-level process team.You will report to Operation Director.

You will

  • Lead and develop the process team, formulate and implement the process technology development strategy, and drive operational excellence and business growth.
  • Be responsible for the standardization, continuous optimization and innovation of the entire process including processing, assembly, painting and testing to ensure high-quality and high-efficiency production.
  • Promote lean improvement, drive the transformation towards automation, digitalization and intelligent manufacturing, and enhance process capabilities and production efficiency.
  • Participate in the localization production preparation of new products/new brands, lead the design and implementation of process plans, and communicate and coordinate with other production companies in the division during the process. 
  • Be responsible for the process support of daily production, respond quickly to process abnormalities and problem analysis and judgment during the manufacturing process, intervene in a timely manner and provide solutions, and support the production and delivery of the production department to the greatest extent.
  • Establish and improve the governance and management system for process data, and promote the accumulation and reuse of process knowledge.
  • Track the best practices of the industry, the group, and other companies within the business division, and continuously introduce advanced processes and technologies.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

You have five years of experience, working as a Process Manager

  • Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering or related fields. 
  • Fluent in English, capable of professional communication, attending meetings and making work reports. 
  • Possess relevant experience in manufacturing processes, machining, assembly, etc., with over 5 years of management experience in the same position or team. With a background in foreign or large enterprises are preferred. Those who have been in charge of company-level projects or participated as key personnel are also preferred (such as localization, production line design, automation, digitalization, etc.). 
  • Familiar with the entire manufacturing production process, possessing skills in process standardization, process optimization, lean production, and automation/digitalization
  • Master methodologies such as process data analysis, process improvement, and project management, and possess cross-departmental communication, coordination, and team leadership skills.
  • Strong planning and coordination skills, capable of efficiently breaking down tasks and promoting their implementation.
  • Outstanding problem analysis and problem-solving skills, capable of identifying and resolving complex process challenges, strong learning ability, and adept at absorbing new knowledge and applying it flexibly.
