Your Role

Job Description 
Be responsible for the project (non-contract execution) management of the department, investigate demands, organize, coordinate and implement projects. Be responsible for the related work of lean improvement, plan, organize, train, implement and evaluate lean production activities to enhance production efficiency, reduce labor intensity and minimize various wastes in the production process. Through various lean improvements, enhance the lean awareness of the team and lead all staff to participate in lean improvement:
1. Be responsible for the project management of the department, such as the design of future production lines, the implementation of large pump automation and digital production units, small pump and domestic large pump production units, production line design and improvement, to enhance the degree of automation, reliability and continuously improve the efficiency of the production line system; carry out other lean production projects based on the development of the industry or the company's needs.
2. Be responsible for the diagnosis and evaluation of factory lean management, provide guidance, implement lean transformation and continuous improvement.
3. Be responsible for the planning of production line manpower demand, personnel employment analysis, and formulate relevant professional standards (production line balance rate, OEE, etc.).
4. Support, track and initiate necessary on-site improvement activities.
5. Organize and conduct lean production seminars and lean practice sharing training.
6. Be responsible for factory layout planning, logistics planning and 5S planning.
7.All tasks assigned by the superior leader.

负责部门的项目（非合同执行）管理，调研需求，组织、协调、落地项目。负责精益改善的相关工作，策划、组织、培训、实施、评价精益生产活动，提高生产效率、降低劳动强度，减少生产过程中的各种浪费。通过各种精益改善，提升团队的精益意识，引领全员参与精益改善：
1.负责部门的项目管理，如面向未来产线设计，大泵自动化、数字化生产单元落地，小泵、国产化大泵生产单元，产线设计及改进，提升自动化程度，可靠性，不断提升产线系统效率；根据行业的发展或公司的需求开展其他精益生产项目。
2.负责工厂精益管理的诊断评价、辅导、精益转型实施、持续改善。
3.负责产线人力需求规划，人员用工分析，制定专业相关标准(产线平衡率、 OEE等）。
4.支持、跟踪及发起必要的现场改善活动。
5.组织开展精益生产研讨会、精益实践分享培训。
6.负责厂区布局规划、物流规划、5S规划。
7.完成上级领导交办的各项工作任务。
 

 
To succeed, you will need  

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering.
2. CET-4 or above, proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English, with the ability to use English as a working language.
3. At least 3 years of working experience in a mechanical industry factory, including production management, lean improvement, and project management. Proficient in lean improvement methods, with practical experience in production layout, production process, and production line balancing, and capable of independently promoting lean improvement projects.
4. Solid theoretical foundation and rich practical experience in lean production management. Possess high professional level and independent working ability. Good organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
5. Master and apply IE improvement methods, use relevant tools and techniques, and have led at least two successful improvement cases.
6. Ability to report work in English within the group.
7. Proficient in various office software, with good data analysis and concise PPT presentation skills.
8. With dedication, good team cooperation ability, cheerful personality, and proactive work attitude.

任职要求
1.大学本科或以上学历，机械类、工业工程专业。
2.英语4级及以上，熟练的听、说、读、写能力，英语具备作为工作语言的能力。
3.具备3年以上机械行业工厂工作背景，生产管理经验、精益改善经验、项目管理经验。 熟练掌握精益改善手法，具有生产布局、生产流程、生产线平衡等实际改善经验，可独立推进精益改善项目。
4.具备扎实的精益生产管理理论基础和丰富的实践经验。具有较高的专业水平和独立工作能力。具有较好的组织、协调、沟通能力。
5.掌握、运用IE改善手法，应用相关的工具和技术，主导过至少两个成功改善案例。
6.集团内英文工作汇报的能力。
7.熟练掌握各种办公软件，良好的数据分析以及简洁的PPT制作能力。
8.具有敬业精神，良好的团队配合能力，性格开朗，工作积极主动。
