Your Role
Job Description
Be responsible for product optimization in the mechanical direction, new product research and development, and related work,etc.
1.By various means and techniques, collect product information, technical data, and market technical demands.
2.Research and development of new products.
3.Introduction of new products.
4.Optimization of the functions and structure of existing products.
5.Numerical analysis and calculation of new products or existing products.
6.Technical consultation and collaboration with customers, sales, marketing, etc. regarding product design and R&D.
7.Other tasks assigned by the company or department.

To succeed, you will need
Job Requirements
1.Full-time master's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, chemical machinery,etc.
2.CET-6 or above, proficient in English, with the ability to communicate directly in English.
3.More than two years' of experience in design or R&D, with experience in pump or fluid technology product design preferred.
4.Proficiency in 3D-CAD software is required. Candidates with theoretical knowledge and practical experience in FEM and CFD are preferred.
5.Work seriously and patiently.
6.With strong problem-solving skills, innovative abilities and hands-on capabilities.
7.With good communication skills, planning and execution abilities, as well as a strong sense of teamwork.

1.全日制统招硕士及以上，机械、化机等相关专业。
2.英语六级以上，英文熟练，具备直接用英文沟通交流能力。
3.两年以上设计或研发经验，有泵类、流体技术产品设计经验者优先。
4.能熟练使用3D-CAD软件，有FEM、CFD理论及实践经验者优先。
5.工作认真、细致、有耐心。
6.具备较强的问题解决能力、创新能力及动手能力。
7.具备良好的沟通能力、计划与执行能力、团队合作意识。
In return, we offer you
Annual gross salary:150,000 to 250,000RMB
