Your role

As a Warehouse&Logistics Supervisor , your mission is to coordinating the daily management of warehousing and logistics,according to production and operation tasks and objectives.Formulate various warehousing and logistics tasks, plans and performance indicators according to the production plan and guide their implementation.

You will

• Responsible for daily management, planning, and implementation of warehousing logistics operations,including managing raw material warehouses, semi-finished product warehouses, finished product warehouses, fuel storage areas, and consumables warehouses, ensuring that all facilities are kept clean, organized, clearly labeled, and properly maintained.Oversees 5S standardization and safety management at warehouse sites.
• Responsible for achieving key warehouse logistics targets including fulfillment rate of shipping plans, delivery efficiency, distribution management, raw material management and supply, inventory counting, inventory accuracy, etc., organizing and conducting regular cycle inventories.Responsible for supervising the handling of defective materials and stagnant inventory, ensuring material safety and preventing loss.
• Responsible for personnel management, skill training and assessment and work performance management in warehousing and logistics.
• Responsible for designing and optimizing warehousing logistics workflows, establishing and refining warehouse operation procedures and management systems, improving all aspects of warehouse management processes and standards, implementing warehouse management and logistics transportation procedures including receiving, warehousing,packing, distribution, returns or exchanges, packaging, shipping, signing, and establishing storage rules for materials.
• Project Management,including developing warehouse logistics plans for new projects, designing facility layouts (receiving, storage, picking, packaging, and shipping zones), establishing distribution protocols, and optimizing on-site and plant-wide logistics strategies to provide decision-makers with data-driven solutions.
• Software and digital related work,WMS,Key-user,SAP management.
  
• Equipment and Facilities system management and optimization.

You have 3 years of experience, working as a Warehouse&Logistics Supervisor.

• Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery, logistics management.
• CET-4 or above,good work communication, at least 5 years working background in machinery industry factory.
• With relevant experience in data analysis, process management and lean improvement.
• At least 3 years of warehousing and logistics management experience,strong communication skills, planning and execution ability.
• Proficient in SAP,WMS and other management software, EXCEL, PPT and other office software.Good at using and managing 3D containers (Cadies,Modena) is preferred.
• With S4,HANA introduction or application experience is preferred.
• With good communication and teamwork skills.
