Embedded Software Engineer (f/m/d)
The Role:
- Software design and development for Machine Vision Solution
- Part of encourage software development team to find software platform solutions
- Responsible for evaluation and validation of embedded processor (CPU, GPU, AI) technologies
- Interface to Hardware Development Department
- Work in image processing for embedded systems
- Find and implement standardized software interfaces for industry 4.0 and IoT
What we expect of you:
- Master in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar
- Professional experience in software development of hardware-related concerns for embedded systems
- Profound experience in programming with C/C++ on embedded (Linux) operating systems
- Desirable advanced knowledge of one of these skills:
- Linux Kernel Configuration or Development
- Product development in Image Processing
- FPGA- or Realtime- software development
- Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, V-Modell und Software Deployment are well-known
- Take ownership for software implementation in readability, maintainability and testability for your software solutions
- Very good communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
