Mission:
To deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, providing clear and tailored proposals, and proactively supporting sales growth. This role contributes to strengthening customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams—ultimately driving customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term success.
Job Responsibilities:

Customer Inquiry Management: Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone regarding parts and service orders.

Quotation Preparation: Prepare and present quotations in coordination with Service Sales Engineers, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Sales Activity Support: Utilize proactive sales management tools to support and enhance sales activities.

Service Offering Promotion: Promote and sell products across the full range of service offerings.

Payment Coordination: Coordinate with customers and the credit collection team to ensure timely payments, in collaboration with Service Sales Engineers.

Lead Generation: Proactively seek new business opportunities and generate outbound leads through campaigns, including re-engaging inactive accounts.

Customer Needs Alignment: Identify customer pain points and align solutions to meet their specific needs.

Order Processing Support: Coordinate between Sales Engineers and the Supply Chain team to ensure smooth order processing.

Marketing Campaign Assistance: Assist in the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns, including data analysis and ensuring data quality.

General Administrative Support: Perform other tasks as needed to support team operations and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Background in sales support or technical sales.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Skilled in quotation preparation and documentation
- Familiar with sales tools and CRM platforms
- Organized, proactive, and team-oriented
- Able to identify customer needs and generate lea
