Sales Engineer - Capital Equipment - Industrial Air - East Hungary

Your role

We are looking to strengthen our Industrial Air Sales Team in Hungary for the position of Sales Engineer Capital Equipment – Industrial Air - East Hungary 

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing and developing existing and potential customers within the assigned sales territory

• Developing technical and energy-efficient solutions for industrial air applications and managing the sales process for capital equipment

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities and applications within the Industrial Air segment

• Monitoring and analysing market trends and competitor activities

• Driving market development and increasing market share for a defined product portfolio

• Working closely with internal stakeholders, including service and aftermarket teams, to ensure long-term customer satisfaction

• Documenting all sales activities accurately and consistently in the SAP CRM system

• Participating in customer events, trade fairs, seminars, and other marketing activities

To succeed, you will need

• Several years of experience in the sales of technical capital equipment, ideally within industrial air, compressed air, or related technologies

• Strong negotiation and communication skills combined with a professional and convincing manner

• An independent, goal-oriented working style with a high level of initiative and team spirit

• Strong willingness to learn and motivation for continuous personal and professional development

• A completed technical education is an advantage

• Confident use of MS Office and experience with SAP

• Very good Hungarian and English skills, both written and spoken

• Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory

Job location

 The role is based in East Hungary, performed from home office, and organizationally assigned to the Budapest office.
