Your role
As Product Marketing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in bridging engineering, marketing and commercial teams to ensure the successful introduction, adoption and optimization of new products and applications within the Rental fleet. This include both new developments and upgrades of existing technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Product Introduction and Market Alignment
- Lead the introduction of new products and applications by developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies
- Conduct market and application requirement analyses to ensure product-market fit
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to align technical specifications with customer needs and industry standards
- Product Training and Enablement
- Design and deliver technical training programs for Inside Sales, Sales and Business Development teams
- Emphasize the unique value proposition of each product, including rental-specific advantages and application-specific benefits
- Work with the Sr Learning Administrator to develop new e-learnings to upload to the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Post-Launch Product Optimization

- Monitor product performance metrics such as rental rates, utilization, and customer feedback
- Identify gaps or opportunities for improvement and work with engineering teams to implement product adjustments or enhancements
- Support continuous improvement cycles by feeding market insights back into the product development process
- Technical Support for Strategic Projects
- Provide high-level technical support for large or complex rental projects, including offshore and specialized applications (e.g., oil-free air compressors, nitrogen generators, boosters, offshore)
- Act as a technical liaison between customers, sales teams and engineering to ensure successful deployment and operation of products in the field
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with R&D, Product Management, and Fleet Operations to ensure readiness and scalability of new offerings
- Support internal stakeholders with technical documentation, application guidelines, and troubleshooting resources
To succeed, you need
- Degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3-5 years’ prior experience in manufacturing/production/industrial or similar industry
- Previous experience in project management, ideally compressor system products
- Self-assured self-starter who is eager to collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and senior management teams, regionally and across the globe
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Be passionate about thriving the enthusiasm for our product portfolio through the entire organization, especially the sales departments
- Forward thinking with a constant requirement to develop and improve not only the individual but also the department. A strong focus on continual improvement is required
- An understanding of industry dynamics, customer needs and market challenges is an advantage
- Strong working knowledge of Office 365 applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Must have a good knowledge of English (spoken and written). Other languages are a plus.

Job location
As a Product Marketing Engineer, you will be based in our corporate office in Deer Park, TX. You will report to the Vice President of Marketing. Ability to travel throughout North America at least 30% of the time. This position is hybrid after the first 90 days.
