Safety, Health, Environment, Quality (SHEQ) Manager - Specialty Rental - Deer Park, TX

Your role
As a Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) Manager, you will contribute to the sustainable, inclusive and profitable growth of Atlas Copco Specialty Rental Division North America (SRDNA), by being the Guardian of our SHEQ policies and principles. You will provide guidance to managers and employees within the organization regarding to the company's Integrated Management System, enabling us to not only be compliant, but also operate with high levels of safety, quality, while making better use of natural resources, and enabling people to flourish in an increasingly complex work environment. By joining our team, you will contribute significantly to the future of our business. You will report to the General Manager of Rental North America.
You will
- Communicate the SRDNA purpose, vision and stragety to your team, in a clear and inspiring way
- Support the achievement of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) related objective in line with agreed targets
- Collaborate with the management team to improve the sustainability of our operations, enabling us to achieve company targets for Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions
- Guide the organization towards an unconsciously safe culture
- Collaborate with Human Resources (HR) to improve employee retention rates
- Support the regions in defining and executing plans to continuously improve safety, environmental compliance and quality levels in their operations
- Continuously increase of risk obervations, reduction of accidents and incidents
- Continuously drive safety initiatives and activites
- Continue in cultural development based on the strategy to empower, energize and engate our Ren-Talents to transform the future
To succeed, you will need

- You have 3 to 5 years of experience, working as a SHEQ coordinator or as a SHEQ Manager
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Quality Management or related field
- Strong understanding of all processess across all disciplines
- Strong customer focus and passion for continuous improvement

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our corporate offices in Deer Park, TX, United States (US).
