We are currently seeking someone for our New Jersey CTS Parts Sales team. 

 

 

 

Provide administrative support for the parts operation, including screening and responding to customer inquiries regarding Quincy parts sales, pricing, order entry and expedition, credit, etc. Expedite customer orders and serve as the primary liaison between parts managers and factories, providing updated order availability/delivery information.  Maintain inventory, purchase, and issue parts to service technicians involved in air compressor maintenance. 

 

 

Principle Duties:

  • Prepare Quincy and Non-Quincy part quotations and enter/submit orders for parts. 
  • Respond to customer inquiries, or questions in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
  • Expedite customer orders and serve as the primary liaison between part managers and factories, providing updated order availability/delivery information.
  • Maintain all paperwork and ensure POs, orders, quotes, etc. are maintained to ensure prompt customer follow-up and compliance with company procedures
  • Answer customer calls and emails to identify, quote, and sell parts.
  • Process credit approvals.
  • Initiate invoicing for orders.
  • Perform inquiries on part inventory levels.
  • Actively promote Aftermarket parts
  • Responsible for phone sales of call-in and walk-in customers,
  • Flexible to work overtime, as required.

     

    Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or college degree preferred.
  • A minimum of two year of relevant sales support experience in a manufacturing environment.

 

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must be self-directed.
  • Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Must be highly customer service oriented, trustworthy, and dependable.
  • Must have excellent communication skills over the phone and the ability to resolve customer issues

     

 

Training Requirements:

  • 5S Training
  • TCV Training
  • General Safety Training
  • BPCS and Virtual Engineering Training

     

    Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to be able to move about the facility (standing, walking).

     

    Personal Protective Equipment:

  • In designated areas, must wear safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and other PPE, as directed, at all times.

     

    Work Environment:

  • Mainly an office environment, with some exposure to a warehouse or workshop environment.
