What can you expect?

 

As General Manager you will drive sustainable profitable growth in the rental organization that includes USA, Canada and Mexico with around 300 employees and a turnover in excess of 200M Euro.

In this position you will drive business growth, both organic and inorganic - customer experience development - operational efficiency - fleet size and investment - people resources, development & culture – profitability – digital transformation  - reporting to the President of the Specialty Rental Division

 

The mission

Your mission is to continuously deliver specialized agile solutions. In so doing, you contribute to securing the present and future success of our customers, enabling smarter use of natural resources, while improving both safety and quality of life.

Specifically, you will accelerate the growth of our specialized temporary projects in air and steam and expand our offer to cover process cooling and specialty power. In support of this growth, it is expected that you will make strategic acquisition, develop a strong operational infrastructure and build a carefully selected rental fleet.

What we expect of you?

 

Experience requirements

The successful candidate should have solid sales & marketing experience and preferably experience in rental operations.

University degree - technically or commercially oriented - or similar through experience.

You have awareness of local cultures and international business environments.

The candidate shall have a good command of English, good knowledge of the Way and should have excellent financial skills.
