Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the site's Quality representative during Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).
• Represent the site's Quality department when communicating with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and internal departments.
• Collaborate with Customers, Customer Centers (CC) teams, and other Quality members to address customer concerns and manufacturing quality issues within the plant.
• Use data analysis to support problem-solving processes and provide feedback to guide internal projects.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/IATF 16949 standards and Customer Specific Requirements (CSRs).
• Maintain linkages between process flow, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Control Plan, Work Instructions, and records.
• Assist the Supplier Development team by participating in site audits or providing expert advice for supplier PPAP submissions.

Skills

Essential:

• Experience in an automotive/aerospace quality role
• Understanding of IATF16949/AS9100/ISO9001
• Understanding of customer-specific requirements.
• Confident, articulate communicator
• Strong team and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Professional and credible company representative
