Leadership Experience Required:

  • Position directly responsible for sales through a team of 6+ sales reps.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams within the customer center and globally (Finance, HR, Senior Management, Product Company team and Operational Teams). 
  • Works in collaboration with and supporting our Aerospace, General Industry and Service teams via shared resources.



5 years’ experience in business development and leading sales and marketing teams.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated the following experience:

  • B2B commercial development and end user sales growth
  • Channel strategy and development including distributor relationships while maintaining end user intimacy
  • Introduction and growth of value-added new products
  • Execution of large customer projects
  • Implementation of digital and automated marketing initiatives to support the customer journey
  • Leading and creating high performing teams through developing people, hiring top performers, coaching underperformers, etc.



University degree or equivalent work experience (total of 9 years work experience in business development & leading sales and marketing teams)




Up to or at times exceeding 50% overnight travel throughout North America, including Mexico and occasionally other international travel.  Must have valid driver’s license without restrictions and passport.

,OH This is a local U.S. position; Candidates from other U.S. cities will be considered depending on qualifications and proximity to a major U.S. airport and key customer locations.
