Business Regional Manager (Environmental Market) - Industrial Flow South America

Your role

• Develop, apply and manage Environmental Market strategies, with the main target to develop and increase Market Share of all brands of Industrial Flow South America designed for this segment ;
• Focus and care on people management aiming to attract, retain and develop people in our team;
• Follow, seek and/or achieve market participation goals, according to the business plan, together with sellers, distributors and resellers; 
• Participate in promotional activities such as fairs and exhibitions, preparing technical dissemination material in specialized magazines;
• Establish and monitor price levels and competitors performance in order to explore market opportunities
• Coordinate training and technical support materials for distributors, resellers and representatives, providing persuasive arguments, comparing company's products with similar ones in the market, highlighting advantages;

• Higher education degree in mechanical Engineering
• Advanced knowledge of Sales and Negotiation Techniques
• Sales Team Management
• Experience working in sales, business development and/or account management
• Knowledge in the use of sales CRMs
• English - Advanced / Spanish - Basic

This position is based in Sorocaba, São Paulo, Brazil, within the vibrant Industrial Flow South America.
