Order Processing Analyst- Industrial Flow South America

Your role
- Monitor and track order processing activities, ensuring that all required milestones and events are completed on time.
- Request customer credit evaluations from the Finance Department.
- Assist with the release of products and processes for demonstrations, engineered-to-order projects, trade-ins, issuance of invoices for temporary shipments, leasing, FINAME financing, trade shows, and other special transactions.
- Follow up with the Shipping Department to ensure the timely dispatch of equipment.
- Handle inquiries from internal and external customers, providing information on delivery schedules, invoice copies, messages, and order status updates.
- Create and maintain customer records, including new customer registrations and updates to existing customer information.
- Keep sales channels informed about equipment availability and inventory for immediate sale.
- Participate in meetings with the Tax and Fiscal teams to provide comprehensive support to the sales channels regarding applicable taxes and fiscal requirements for each equipment model.
