Your Role
Job Description:
- Execute installation and start-up of ZH compressors and associated systems.
- Configure surge control and optimize performance using control software.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and major overhauls (e.g., 24K, 48K).
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to vibration, surge, and performance deviations.
- Provide on-site and remote assistance for ZH units, including emergency service calls.
- Support upgrades such as Optimizer 4.0 integration and system enhancements.
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain accurate records of interventions.
To succeed, you will need
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with centrifugal compressors (ZH series preferred).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and perform flow/pressure calculations.
- Familiarity with remote monitoring tools and diagnostic software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility for travel and urgent assignments.
- Knowledge of surge line setup and optimization techniques.
- Experience with cross-border service projects and multi-site operations.
