About the Role

Are you someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, working directly with customers, and making a real impact?

We're looking for a Field Service Engineer/Technician to join our team, based primarily at a key customer site in Dubai, UAE, while supporting customers across the West Asia region.

This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll install, service, repair and maintain a wide range of industrial assembly tooling while acting as a trusted technical expert for our customers. Alongside day-to-day service activities, you'll contribute to bespoke projects, preventative maintenance programmes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support at a key customer site and additional customer locations across the region.
• Diagnose, service and repair industrial assembly tooling, including pneumatic, DC electric and Seti-Tec equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance, calibration and inspection activities.
• Support bespoke assembly projects, customer trials and rework requests.
• Deliver product training and technical guidance to customers when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams, distributors and customers to resolve technical and application challenges.
• Build strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to promote products, services and value-added solutions.
• Keep up to date with industry developments and competitor technologies.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Hands-on mechanical and/or electrical engineering background.
• Experience servicing industrial assembly tooling, such as clutch, pulse or transducer-controlled tools.
• Experience with Seti-Tec equipment would be advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities.
• Strong communication skills with confidence interacting directly with customers.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Travel & Flexibility

This role involves regular travel across the West Asia region, including occasional overnight stays.
