CSO Business Line Manager

Your role
Bring your curiosity to work as our next CSO Business Line Manager. You will be part of our Ireland Management team reporting to Micheal McGuinness. In this role, your mission is to is to drive sustainable and profitable growth for both the Company and your assigned business line. You are fully accountable for the P&L performance of your division, ensuring financial health and operational excellence. Your focus is on expanding market share, enhancing customer value, and delivering consolidated profitability. Through strategic leadership, market insight, and cross-functional collaboration, you will develop and execute growth strategies that align with the company’s long-term vision while fostering a high-performance culture within your team.You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.
Your day-to-day
P&L Ownership
Full accountability for the Profit & Loss of the assigned business line, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded.
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and market share within the business line.
Market Development
Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments to expand the business footprint.
Performance Management
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and take corrective actions to ensure operational and financial excellence.
Team Leadership
Lead, develop, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
Customer Focus
Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty through value-driven solutions, service excellence, and relationship management.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Promote innovation and continuous improvement in products, services, and processes to maintain competitive advantage.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align business line goals with overall company strategy.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards while proactively managing risks.
Reporting & Communication
Provide regular updates to senior management on business line performance, strategic initiatives, and market trends.
Your skills and experience
- Educational Background – University degree or equivalent through relevant professional experience.
- Sales/Marketing Experience – Proven track record in sales or marketing of capital goods & service.
- Management Experience – Previous experience managing a sales organization or business unit.
- Commercial Acumen – Strong ability to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and business profitability.
- Financial Literacy – Solid grasp of financial accounting principles and the ability to interpret financial reports.

Your location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our CSO BLM in Dublin, Ireland.
