Office Co-Ordinator

Your role

We’re looking for a highly organised and hands-on Office Co-Ordinator to join our team in Damastown, Dublin. This is a on-site position 5 days per week in the office. 
In this varied and people-focused role, you’ll take the lead on keeping our office running efficiently, supporting daily operations, managing our warehouse processes, and ensuring we maintain high standards for quality, safety, and compliance. 

Your Duties:

• Keeping the team stocked up (yes, that includes the coffee and milk!)
• Coordinating building maintenance, cleaning, and third-party services
• Managing incoming mail, courier services, and general admin support
• Ordering and managing laptops, phones, and other staff hardware
• Managing day-to-day warehouse operations
• Supporting Field Service Engineers with tools and stock control
• Acting as our Ireland QSHE representative — supporting health, safety, quality and environmental standards
• Managing ISO documentation and helping us stay audit-ready
• Driving continuous improvements across all operations

• Experience in office admin, coordination, or similar roles
• Excellent organisation and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and a team-first attitude
• Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• The ability to work independently, prioritise and get things done
• Some exposure to QSHE and ISO standards (or a willingness to learn)
