Your role

Atlas Copco Ireland’s CTS division has a long-standing reputation for delivering world-class service to customers across the Republic of Ireland. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an inspiring and strategic Service Operations Manager to lead our regional service operations and support the continued success of our team.

In this role, you’ll have a direct impact on our ability to maintain our market-leading position. You will drive operational excellence, champion customer satisfaction, and cultivate a strong safety-first culture. Your leadership will empower our engineering teams to thrive and deliver exceptional results.

 

  • Communicate CTS strategy clearly and collaboratively with Regional Service Managers and Planners
  • Ensure high service standards through strong, consistent communication
  • Provide technical expertise and engineering support to colleagues and customers
  • Manage operational targets in partnership with the wider team
  • Promote a safety-first mindset and maintain a safe working environment at all times
  • Continuously review and improve service processes to exceed customer expectations
  • Identify opportunities to optimise operations and strengthen market presence
  • Engage, coach, and develop team members to support their growth and achievement
  • Regularly review performance and support Regional Service Managers, Planners, and Field Service Engineers

  • Strong engineering background and technical capability
  • Experience with compressor technology or similar industrial equipment
  • Understanding of the compressed air industry (advantageous but not essential)
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and commercial success
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
  • Competence in using computer systems and willingness to learn new tools
  • A high standard of work, with strong analytical and organisational skills
