Key Account Manager - East Malaysia
As a Key Account Manager based in East Malaysia, your mission is to develop and execute the total solutions roadmap, way to market strategy & value sales strategy of the business line to accelerate sustainable profitable growth in Specialty Rental.
You will
- Identifying, obtaining, and maintaining long term relationship with major key accounts in the region.
- Building strong relationship with strategic customers, knowing the needs and requirements of our key customers
- To promote our company's specialty rental solution that will drive sustainable profitable growth.
What we expect from you
- Good understanding of sales process, comprehensive knowledge of our product lines and policies
- Develop new customers and visit the customer to expand our market prescene within East Malaysia
- Master the assigned products and clearly communicate your knowledge to drive productive business
outcomes independently - Monitor market trends with list of key project and competitors, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed budgeted goals.
- Prepare weekly/ monthly/ yearly sales activity reports, including strategic action plans and feedback on
competitor activities. - Deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing our full product range to potential and existing
customers, assessing their needs to offer the best solutions and promote our products and services. - Maintain accurate client records in the CRM (Salesforce) to support reporting and quotations. Submit
sales contracts along with purchase orders and deposits when required.

You have 5 - 8 years of working experience, working as a sales driven individual to be based in East Malaysia
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of various industry segments & compressed air applications
- Product knowledge and project management skills are mandatory
- Technical savviness and fast adoption to new tools and technologies
- Solid understanding and appreciation of the sales process is essential
- Result oriented with a self-motivating personality
- A strong and active communicator who can work with many different profiles of people across all levels in the organization
