Light Automation Specialist

Light Automation Specialist
We are looking for a Light Automation Specialist who combines strong technical understanding with a commercial mindset to drive adoption of our robotic and light automation solutions across the CCEE region. In this role, you act as the technical bridge between customers, system integrators, and our sales teams. You don’t build full production lines instead, you help customers and partners understand where our solutions fit, how they integrate, and why they deliver value.
Your mission: turn automation opportunities into working solutions by guiding feasibility, integration concepts, and technical decision‑making.
What you will do
- Identify where automation adds real value and help turn those opportunities into solutions.
- Serve as the technical go‑to for integrating our solutions into robots, PLC environments, and production lines.
- Support partners and integrators with feasibility checks, concepts, and early deployments.
- Bring market and customer insights back to help shape future automation solutions.
-
Shape our portfolio by tracking market trends, building application use cases, and feeding customer insights into product development.

- Ability to read mechanical and electrical documentation (2D/3D drawings, wiring diagrams, P&ID).
- Understanding of machine safety standards, especially for collaborative robotics (ISO/TS 150).
Your experience
- 3–7 years in automation, robotics, system integration, industrial equipment or technical sales.
- Experience working with system integrators or machine builders.
- Background in applications engineering, commissioning, or robotics programming is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with ROI calculations and value-based selling in industrial environments.
