We are looking for a qualified and hands-on person who will support us in increasing the Eco-system sales and market share of our products and solutions in cooperation with the Product Manager Software according to the Atlas Copco strategy.

Your role

  • Focus on Software solutions, as well as visual quality control in customers from the general industry
  • Sales support for customer projects and requests. Help the sales team to identify the sales potential and create added value-based solution concepts and quotations
  • Prepare and perform customer specific presentations, on-site visits, demos, TechDays and potential identification activities with Marketing tools like “walk the line”
  • Develop and coach salespeople to drive Eco-system solutions based on Atlas Copco's value orientated sales strategy "Strategic Partnership Selling"
  • Continuous analysis of customer requirements, market potential, market pricing as well as competitors
  • Qualification of opportunities in cooperation with sales for customized solution based on business cases
  • Ensure accurate requirement elicitation and analysis is done and reflected in customer proposal
  • Use our calculation template to define price jointly with Product Manager for Software
  • Build up relationships and networks to identify stakeholders for Eco-system solutions at customers
  • Align your activities, business cases and market analysis in your team, with the Product Manager for Software to ensure everything is accorded with the Atlas Copco strategy

  • Technical engineering degree or other software orientated education with experience in sales development
  • Strong background within field of sales
  • fluent German and English are mandatory
  • Knowledge in automation, industrial software and quality systems highly appreciated
  • 50% travel time expected
  • Business and result orientated attitude with strong communication skills
  • Team oriented work style
