Regional Sales Engineer CSO - Ethiopia

Your role
As a Regional Sales Engineer CSO - Ethiopia, your mission is to drive sales growth and increase market share for CSO products within an assigned territory. You will report to the Sales Manager, CSO.
You will
- Prospect, develop, and maintain quality customer relationships within the assigned region
- Identify and target key accounts, engineering firms, distributors, resellers, OEMs, and strategic market segments to expand market share
- Develop and execute sales action plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Manage direct sales activities, including customer visits, product presentations, and negotiations
- Follow up on leads and referrals generated by Inside Sales and Marketing
- Establish and maintain regular contact with existing and new customers, with a focus on key accounts
- Drive business growth by promoting Connectivity and Optimization solutions across the region, ensuring alignment with divisional strategic goals
- Create stock list and manage the reorder levels for all customers
- Follow up on key accounts and key projects - build sustainable relationship with all stakeholders
- Review and act on sales reports and dashboards related to pipeline activity, order intake, and performance against targets
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, quotations, and leads within the CRM system
- Identify and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach

You have a miminum three(3) years of experience, direct sales or customer service experience, preferably in industrial equipment sales or Compressor parts & service sales
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or equivalent relevant experience
- Familiarity with major operators and customers within Ethiopia Market
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems such as SAP C4C or Salesforce
- Experience using Power BI or other analytics tools
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly
