Digital Marketing Co-op

Your role
The Digital Marketing Co-op will assist in planning tradeshows, social media and email campaigns, developing strategies and content, and generating analytics reports. You will report to the Digital Marketing Specialist.
You will:
- Plan, schedule, and publish content on social media
- Create visuals and copy for posts aligned with brand guidelines
- Monitor social media for trends to enhance content strategy
- Assist with email campaigns
- Help with content creation
- Collaborate with sales and marketing on customer solutions
- Write press releases
- Create blogs with input from product experts
- Support campaign setup in HubSpot
- Manage email lists and distribution
- Update the marketing database for accuracy
- Assist in tradeshow planning
- Track campaign performance and generate reports
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Digital Marketing Specialist and Marketing Manager.

- Education Level
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's in progress a plus.
- Relevant Previous Experience
- No experience required.
- Knowledge Areas/Skills
- Eager to learn new tools.
- Enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsive problem solver.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Team player with good collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with HubSpot (not required).
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and marketing channels.
- Basic photography, image/video editing, graphic design skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Adobe Creative Cloud experience (not required).
- Other Requirements
- Must obtain U.S. work authorization.
- Valid Driver's License required.

Job location
This position provides a hybrid working model, enabling you to divide your time between remote work and on-site presence at Leybold USA Inc. in Export, Pennsylvania, United States following your training.
