Leybold USA Supply Chain Intern

Location: Export, PA 15632
Wage: $21 per hour
In-Office: M–F, 8AM–5PM EST

This internship will run from June 8, 2026 to August 15, 2026

The Supply Chain Intern will support the Supply Chain group in key planning, data, and procurement‑related activities, including but not limited to supply planning analysis, material availability, data management, inventory evaluation, purchase order support, and cross‑functional communication.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive actions to ensure material availability supporting customer releases and service schedules
  • Work with internal groups to streamline documentation efforts
  • Assist in updating material master data
  • Support management of purchase orders and service work orders
  • Analyze inventory data and parameters
  • Manage existing data sets and create new data models for metrics and reporting
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

To succeed, you will need

Skills / Knowledge / Experience:

Education level:

  • Must be a Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Information Systems at an accredited college or university. 

Knowledge areas / Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Outlook
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong planning and organizational capabilities
  • Self‑motivated, independent, flexible, organized, and methodical
  • Team‑oriented, adaptable, and able to operate effectively in a new environment
