Inside Sales Support, Local-MISL

Your role
We are seeking an Internal Sales consultant that will build relationships with new and existing customers by interacting with Customers via phone, email, or online communication channels and selling all the products and services we offer, by consciously and competently applying product knowledge and selling skills taught. Be accountable and responsible for consistently achieving sales targets and managing departmental costs as well as administrative functions to ensure agreed profits. The focus is on growing our customer base to increase the revenue in your area of responsibility.
Short Description
As an Internal Sales Consultant, your role is essential in establishing and nurturing Customer relationships for revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities include proactively engaging with prospective and existing customers, tailoring solutions to their needs, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your proficiency in negotiation, deep product knowledge, and awareness of industry trends will be crucial. Meticulous record-keeping in our CRM system is expected for accurate sales reporting. Additionally, you will champion exceptional Customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and conducting proactive follow-ups.
In rental coordination, you will execute standard operating procedures, ensuring accurate billing, timely communication on orders, and efficient management of large rentals and maintenance projects. Your role is pivotal in contributing to the overall success and prosperity of both our Customers and Rand Air. Your skills and experience
- Matric / Grade 12 and Degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing
- Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients and conveying product information.
- Strong analytical skills, must be systems orientated and work according to a highly organized schedule
- Strong customer service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques and the ability to close deals successfully.
- Familiarity with CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office or similar productivity software.
- The ability to work independently, set goals, and stay motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions and customer preferences.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
