Job Title: Engineer_Sales

Business Area: IT (Industrial Technique)

Division: MVI (Motor Vehicle Industry)
Location : Gimhae Office

Report to: Manager_FA & T-1 South Sales

 

 

 

[Purpose of this job]

  • To develop Software Sales plan for MVI team’s products/brands, including sales plan and product strategies based on global strategy.
  • Foster strong relationships with key customers to strengthen market presence and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the creation of successful reference use case for scalable business growth
  • Work with MVI Marketing and Project team in software products (Toolscontrol, Toolsnet, SQS, AC Node, local SI, etc) to achieve the goal of providing excellent technical support to the customers.

 

[Duties & Responsibility]

  • Establish Sales Strategy, Policies, Procedures and Practices for Software Solution to meet the marketing requirements supporting short and long-term sales plan.
  • Leads the product launching with HQ and Go To Market activation in working with various stakeholders to achieve sales growth for responsible software products 
  • Market research and monitors trends and business opportunities with MVI market.
  • Analyze the market requirement & demands survey and prepare the product planning in MVI Market
  • Communication with HQ to bring relevant new product to Korea market
  • Observe and inform about market trends and changes in customer strategies
  • Analyze the competitors and report to sales, management and Division HQ
  • Customer Seminar & Training, planning curriculum
  • Planning and follow up exhibition activities with communication team
  • Planning and executing sales campaign & promotion
  • Enhancing sales efficiency & building up data base management
  • Perform PoC or joint development reflecting customer needs with Tech Center or R&D Center
  • Conducting software sales demos and technical seminars for major MTBs

 

[Qualifications]

Experience/Education

  • 3 ~ 5 years’ experience in motor vehicle industry.
  • Software Engineering Background would be welcome.
  • Establish a marketing plan & Strategies depends on sales and customer needs.
  • Analyze market requirement & demands survey and production planning

 

Knowledge/Skill

  • Multicultural and communication skills in an international environment.
  • Ability to write documents using Excel and Microsoft programs.
  • Intermediate or higher English language skills
  • Customer oriented attitude
  • Self-learning, willing to learn and ask for help.
  • Prioritizes tasks and effectively manages own and team performance.
  • Understanding of SW business
  • Able to write and communicate verbally in English.
