Your Role

The Role

Do you want to help drive the development and lifecycle of ServiceNow, the intelligent platform for Digital Transformation, across the company organization? Do you enjoy working in an agile environment, close to internal customers, where new initiatives and possibilities are constantly emerging?

 

Come and join our group, Business Process, in the Atlas Copco Group IT department!

 

You and your colleagues will be involved every step of the way from initial idea to delivery of the final solution while safeguarding the system and data integrity for all our supported customer and product centers.

 

In the role of the Product Owner, you may lead a dedicated and highly motivated virtual, cross-regional team, delivering quality solutions for our customers. Your team will be a combination of internally assigned personnel, our managed partners, and our external service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Monitoring: Evaluate the impact of developed solutions, foundation data quality, business rules, UI actions, workflows, form/field configurations, gather feedback, and iterate to improve overall effectiveness.
  • Service Performance: Identify with our Service Partners any significant support or development issues and variances, initiate corrective actions, and ensure that all outstanding issues are followed up. 
  • Lifecycle Management: Responsible to manage the onboarding and retirement of platform components along with data archival
  • Governance and Compliance: Establish governance policies, ownership structures, and best practices to ensure the development of secure, compliant, and standardized solutions.
  • Empowerment and Enablement: Provide training, workshops, and support to individuals and teams to enhance their proficiency in utilizing ServiceNow.
  • Solution Consultation: Collaborate with departments across the organization to understand their unique needs and provide expert guidance in creating tailored solutions that leverage ServiceNow Platform's capabilities.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest trends and updates in the ServiceNow Platform, ensuring that our organization benefits from the latest features and capabilities.
  • Financial Control: Ownership of current and future costs with the assistance of the Business Controller. 

 
To succeed, you will need  

Competences

  • Strong understanding of governance, security, and compliance considerations within the ServiceNow Platform.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow foundational principles and platform best practices.
  • ServiceNow Architectural experience is a plus.
  • Experience in providing training, workshops, or mentoring to non-technical users.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate complex challenges.
  • Previous experience in community building or creating knowledge-sharing initiatives is a plus.
  • A methodic and structured achiever, who can plan, organize, prioritize, assess, adapt and deliver the promise.
  • A resilient person who can cope with change in an ever faster moving digital landscape and who can spread this attitude of self-sufficiency.
